Definitely not Rockerij's Sour Diesel. I have a Cali Connect Sour Diesel and a HSO Sour Diesel #2 that I got as freebies, but I haven't ran them yet. I plan on trying the Cali Con Sour Diesel probably after I finish my current grow. It will be my first run with any of their gear though. You here alot of bad shit about them, but you also here alot of good things too. Mainly just hermie issues.

I'm still waiting on an order, I have 5 fem Cali sour diesel. I have never grown it but I chose there version because of the name and cali's description of it.

Anyone grown cali's and how did it turn out?

Use I got some Papaya about 3 months ago, the seeds are all in excellent condition in a protective case and the shipping was discreet like I didn't even know what it was till I opened it up. I haven't had any feds following me so it seems to have been working for me. Also I started panicking since it was a week and I still seen no seeds so of course I message them and about 3 hours later I got a reply and they eased my mind for me. 3 weeks and you will have your seeds and if your good business and they like you they seen you all kind of free seeds. BTW Papaya is sweet with a heavy indica effect that will not let you leave the couch. Im no expert grower and these things are beyond simple.. Like get soil, plant germinated seed, and just remember to water. only lost one plant outta 10 due to stupidity..

Shouldn't be an issue since those ceeds are mostly no longer available ;-)
I didn't know that. The only reason I said that was because I grew it and it wasn't even close to the real sour diesel. My guess is that the Cali Connect is the best one you can get from Attitude. Although I haven't tried Reserva Privada's either.

I've heard a lot of good things about Soma's NYC diesel...apparently the taste is in a category all its own. I'll be running it next round.

Yeah, I found that out after buying a 5 pack before all of the Rokerij stuff was gone. But I don't care if its real Sour D, I only care that it gets me high. :eyesmoke:

The original sour diesel is/was clone only and whether or not it is still legitimately around, getting a cut would be difficult to say the least. Supposedly, before he was busted, a breeder named rezdog had created a seed line that was very very close to the original, but those seeds are not on the market anymore as far as I know. Also, if I recall correctly, the guys over at cali connection got cuts from the original that they have been using for their lineage and if it wasn't so damn expensive I would like to give them a try. That's about as much as I may or may not know about the strain. Hope it helps.

reserva privada sour d is a great plant - but nothing like the "real" sour d - it's 60% indica!

I ordered some Reserva Privada Sour D today... I almost bought Chocolope, but wanted to go with something people would be more familiar with.

some of those rezdog beans were bought by a guy in europe (france i think) & a large sample population was grown out... like 100+ ...from which the "riri" cut was found.

for sure, european breeders ( people like DNA / reserva privada ) are using that cut.

It still exists, but (if you believe the internet chatter) tightly held and extremely difficult to acquire.

Rezdog's version was allegedly hermie prone. . .but I think most or all of these are because the original is. As you say, you can't buy these any more, so its moot.

There are a bunch of other threads open on the topic of sour diesel from ceed. Use the search feature to read some, and you'll get a bunch more info.
