So far Russia is willing and one guy in Mexico.
While those foreign companies would pay tariffs on any semi-finished products such as slabs they bring in to the U.S., they wouldn’t be subject to duties on metal produced in America.

What I want to know who is sending all the propaganda to the migrants in Central America that America is such a great place?
With the American economy crumbling under Trump, race and hate crimes, thousands of gun deaths, millions dying in the streets, homeless everywhere why are they coming here?
Shouldn't it be our duty to warn migrants they only doom and despair looms here in America under Trump?
We should be discouraging immigration I would think if we actually care about migrants and air drop flyers in Central America how bad the condition are here.
