what are yalls thoughts on these?

What do yall think about these bulbs? Would it be possible to just replace my cfls with these bulbs? I know you need a ballast for the bigger hps bulbs but what would i need to run three of these?

get two fluorex ligts and 4 42 wat warm lights

that link is bad.. but i went to home depot today and they didn't have anything over 27 watts.. i went to the outdoor lights and they have 100 Wat and 75 Wat cfl replacements bulbswith (screw in socket).. but the box said it wouldn't work in a regular light socket.

I will look again but have never found those there. It's a good idea if you can get them.

so can he use them in a regular light socket? Or does he need a ballast with those too?

the box said med base so that should be a standers light socket.

i dont know maybe i missed it, but is an HPS not viable for your situation? is it a money thing? check HTGsupply maybe pick up a 250watter
