Hello,

I noticed these white spots on some of my leaves. Should I be concerned? What are these white spots? How do I remedy this situation?

Get a jewelers loop, and check real good under your fan leafs for mites or aphids...

You likely have some sorta pest, thrips perhaps.

Spinosad root drench once you confirm it's thrips but that looks like thrip damage.

If it is thrips then Spinosad works. You should get a sprayer and drench the leaves and the roots. The lifecycle is is from 13 to 19 days. Several applications will be needed.

Have you sprayed your plants with anything? Even water? Could be burned from magnification effect

Thats a myth.

A long held belief among gardeners that watering plants in the heat of the midday sun can damage the leaves has been proved false following research by scientists. ... They found that water droplets on a leaf surface were not able to focus the sun's energy sufficiently to damage the leaves before the water evaporated.

Some yellow sticky traps will catch some of your likely pests for identification upon closer inspection. Put one on the soil and hang one up under the light.
