Have had mites but not thripes, but am expecting to have to deal w thripes as im starting up the super soil.Mites like a weak plant or clones,also if you don't keep you're plants trimmed up. to dry of a plant will also let them get a foothold. i love the neem it suffocates them, i never use in the bud room tho.pre treat you're plants b4 you take cuts,be proactive.
