What are the reasons that make my leave turn peel and yellow

Ok guys I' m a new for this and I really want to know what make my plants 's leave turn yellow and peel.I put them under six of 24 watz CLF and water them about every 4 day.
please help

how big are the pots? What are you watering with, tap water? How far away are they from your lights. The less lumes they put out the closer they need to be to the light. How old are your plants? got any pic's? Do your pots have drain holes? Put up some more info.....

well my pot is about 3.5*3.5*7 inch
and drain and I put the light about 6 inch above them my plant is about 3 weeks now

water is not tap water for sure

Have you tried giving it some nutes with nitrogen? If they're that old you should check to see if their starting to get root bound. Do you have rocks at the bottem of your pots? Make sure the roots aren't sitting in water at the bottem of your pot... Any pic's?
