& Yes they are "unconstitutional" but how can anyone, of official capacity, take the constitution seriously when Obama and many state officials disregards it so blissfully, as if the founding document that furnished rights and laws within our lands and gave fundamental human rights to man were irrelevant. The constitution is a joke to officials, its a piece of paper to them, they do not have the nationalist spirit of our forefathers. You know, one day i was having a political debate/discussion with this man who contracts with the military and designs their drones, in this conversation he asked me "do you like any political figures?" ,because i was ranting how most political figures are misguided by greed, and i said "yes, i like Patrick Henry, Mikael Bakunin, Mikhail Gorbachev and others of their time" he grew silent. But anyways, thermal scans are STILL used unlawfully by police, DEA, ect.. in order to obtain warrants and make arrests, if you trust that every state official follows every law set forth to protect our god given rights then you are living in naivete.
So long as humans are head of state, the state itself will be corrupt.
