what are fan leaves?

i have been looking for about 15 minutes and every post i find about fan leaves nobody can find, and its not on the 101 already asked questions, so maybe that should be added, cause quit a few people have asked, and nobody seems to respond. can you help me and post a picture of some sort that tells me what fan leaves are? thank you very much.

fan leafs are the bigger leafs on a plant. thats the best that i can describe them- just big leafs. nothing magical about it.

Have you ever seen one of those old Roman movies where the guy is eating grapes and some hot babes are around the guy moving these big leaves up and down to cool him off?

Well those are giant fan leaves. Ya, seriously. Cool huh?

so they are just the big ones? they arent on a particular place on the plant?

Fan leaves are the larger multi-fingered leaves that come out of each node. They are distinguished from bud leaf that grows in among the buds.

Fan leaves do not produce much thc, whereas bud leaf can often be covered in it.
