What are examples of issues that would legitimately be labeled "States Rights"?

Certainly.

Freedom is not something that occurs by being made to be part of a forcibly imposed collective. The existence of the forced inclusion in a political body negates the freedom which it purports to grant. Logic has my back.

You really should consider reading that Lysander Spooner essay, even if it's written in 1800s style, the points are irrefutably logical.

How else do you build a new house were there's an old one? You must first demolish it then clear the wreckage first. Then build the new house to yer liking.

Here's our difference.

You are (maybe without realizing it) advocating for the replacement of one forcibly imposed hierarchy with another forcibly imposed hierarchy..

I am advocating that there be NO forcibly imposed hierarchies and believe shifting who the master is, doesn't bring freedom.

I don't want to replace America I want to reintroduce its soul the constitution by removing the "criminals" who are destroying it. They're not gonna go peaceably. They think they're God. Only a bullet will show them how mortal they really are. It's not just about America its a global agenda to enslave all peoples. Do you believe in the Illuminati? Goes back to the forefathers. Many were no better than today's politician. They were false. The agenda is over 300 years old my friend. 8 billion people aren't gonna like the idea of being cattle. These traiters must be put against the wall.

To me, individual freedom means the right to determine your own life, but not the lives of others.

How does a government which assumes your consent protect your individual freedom, if you DON'T consent to it?

But the constitution still rained supreme. After the Civil war everything went down hill. And the 20th century started the 100 year war against it. After 2001 its fate was sealed.

I hope it rains some this weekend, that would be supreme for my garden.

They protect their freedom and agenda with ease but the individual must fight for his. I swore an oath to the constitution not a man.

I've turned my back on America. It's beyond saving. I stand by the Texas constitution which declares that the people supercede the government. It's bill of rights is far more superior. It's one of the only states to refuse certain federal laws and rulings. Texas has over a dozen lawsuits against the federals all in just a couple years. I truly believe in peace. The people should fight using the courts first and revolution as last resort. America and Texas both fought in the courts first before revolting

I swore at a cat that ran across the road once, caused me to swerve and spill my beer. Fucking cats!

So the people who didn't swear an oath to your constitution you are willing to leave them alone if they leave you alone?

Is the idea that you value consistent with "live and let live" ?

Courts which hold a forcible monopoly on the adjudication of conflicts hardly seem to be interested in finding justice, rather they seem more interested in maintaining the monopoly they hold.

I was speaking of the oath of government officials. I served the constitution not the officials. The people are endowed with unalianable rights from birth. I and the president both took the oath to protect the cconstitution. Obama is a traiter.

The jury holds supreme atleat at the state level. The supreme court is a monopoly. Judges chosen by the elite to serve them for life.

I have some background in fomenting juror rights.

The institution of a coercion based government (which incudes the USA of the past and present) is a monopoly held in place by force.
