yes. 6 x 15 watts is not only low total wattage, and not the best type of light to use (CFL), but it is also an inefficient use of that light.
2 x 45 watt CFLS would be better than 6 x 15, and 1 x 90 would be better still.

The seeds look nice a ripe tho so that's an advantage I guess personally I'd harvest the seeds and then you can do whatever you want with the rest

Dang those buds look nasty but smokable. I used CFL 10 23 watters and here is a pic at least it looks like a bud. My problem was myself first time grower surprised the plant live through me.

Looking good. Hope it turns out well, mine looked very similar to that just before the chopp.
