what alternative to tabacco? also how to break buds up?

i have just started my first grow. does anyone know any good alternatives to tobacco? (perhaps something from the plant?) i don't want to smoke it if i can avoid it. also how do i break the buds up once i have dried them out? thanks!

we dont mix shit. we like the pure taste of our weed. the only tobacco that may be mixed is the wrap its in....we are connoisseurs!!!!!!!!!!
