What a good cheep cfl lamp kit?

I have 4 cfl bulb 42 watt two 6500k and 2700k. What's a good cheep lamp kit with height adjustable for closet grow?

HD or Lowes has cheap vanity fixtures. Add some hooks to hang + ratchet hangers. It's how I started.

If you ditch the CFLs and use LD SPOTS, 100% of their light hits the canopy
