What 8 week strain to pick

to get a consistent 1g(+) per watt?

I think I am now finally there again under my leds, despite non perfect conditions due to the summer temperatures and some humidity swings that cost me about 10-15% of the yield, but I have been able to fix that.

The trouble was that I was again fooled by a cheap label seed claiming their flowers are 8-9 weekers when half of them have now been growing for 12 weeks and I'm gonna have to cut some of them prematurely even.

I am now thinking of adding in some hps lights and expanding some things, but in order to be able to afford that I need consistency in the strain that I am growing. Consistency of the environment is as optimal as currently possible.

I am able to veg them for as long as it takes. I am also doing scrog.

What do you guys recommend and why?

You will never get the consistency you’re looking for from seeds it will just never happen. The environment you’re growing in also plays a bigger role than you think when it comes to cannabis.

The only way to get consistency is by hunting the pack(s) cloning them all and picking one that best suits you and your wants/needs. Mother it and then run your clones from it every run.

When a breeder puts the flowering time on a seed package it’s not set in stone it is a general guideline. Lights, environment, and grower skill is key.
