What's the best way to get moisture from pot as I've over watered at the early stage and am getting twisted leaves, my ph was too high and have now changed that but can't water with me ph'd water as soul is too wet !! Should I just leave them till the pots dried a bit or do something different ?

HMMM why not repot? Because that will shock the shit out of a seedling and compound the problem. Cannabis cultivation is mostly about mimicking natural circumstances...in nature young seedlings are poured on with rain. Do they get over-watered? Certainly BUT, does it kill them...NO. Will they survive and thrive? In most cases YES...Let her dry out and she should be fine. and don't do it again!...

Deffo no bugs religiously checked for them, I may drill a few holes in side of tha pots so air can get to the lower soil and get to the moisture quicker, appreciate all answers thank you all

Fan + time = dry soil. You said early stages, so if you didn't do this for too long your plants will survive over-watering. Now you know how much is way too much.

I left them an extra day to dry out so will be feeding today lol the reason I'm correcting ph is to my eye my plant has borons deficiency which is due mostly to bad ph so with right ph and half dose of feed going in today
