Western Electric Rectifier?

My grandfather passed away last month and left me tools and other items. He was an electricion and among the items i found a Western Electric Rectifier from 1976.
Does anybody know wtf this is? It's worth?
I tried looking it up and couldn't find the one i have and there seems to be a broad range of types of rectifiers.
Is it worth selling this?

Need pics and model numbers.

Some NOS full wave rectifier tubes go for 1500 bucks.

Appears to be old school copper POTS telecommunications test gear.

Not really a desirable piece.

It looks like a inverter circuit to me

It coverts dc to ac im pretty sure

But a actual rectifier is small smaller than that

And the common use for a rectifier is the opposite of a inverter

If you think its a inverter instead of a rectifier then you chould us that inverter for solar power panels if im not mistaken
