I was needing info on places to get high quality seeds that ship in the illegal region. that are trust worthy ,and what payment plan is reccomended.

I used Weedfarmer.com and it worked got my seeds and 70 percent germinated in the first 5 days, going to give the rest a chance to germinate and see what happens.

yep, it's illegal. It's also against the law to sell tobacco and alcohol to a 16 year old, but that doesn't mean they never get any. Regardless of how reputable the seed company is, there's always a chance the package will get confiscated. The only one who can decide if the risk is worth it is you.
 
depending how close you are to canada you could come pick up seeds at a seed bank and take em out of their package and bring them home !
 
I order my seeds from attitude seed bank, They ship very discreetly and they arrive in like 8 days. The last order I made a mistake and orders regular seeds expecting fem seeds because they were listed in there feminized section. I contacted them and the appoligized and sent my the feminized seeds and told me to keep the ones I got. All germinated and are nearly finished flowering now. Check em out.....

Damn, I didnt notice the date of the first post till you said something. Attitude has done right by me. Next time I am going to get the shirt.
 
Here's to hoping that the freebies from G13 Labs I broke my grow-hymen with aren't total junk. I'm not expecting much, but it shouldn't take much to get me blazed after a 4-month break.
