Any possibility you got your mixed nutrient water on the leaves?

Never seen white spots. Only time ive ever seen any part of Cannabis turn white, besides stigmas of course which just are white, was light bleaching and thats not it

That looks like heat or wind damage. Could be from water being on them while the lights are on. Beads of water can focus the light like a magnifying glass.

Yep, since they didn't turn black or rusty colored I'd easily repeat what others have said. Its a spill of nutrient water or just regular water.
Nutrient water will burn the leaves because the salts, regular water will burn it if light hits it directly, making it a magnifying glass.
Dont stress about it, try to be more cautious.
