so today is day 49 of my plant in flower... my plant before that took 77 days to finish and still wasnt even a lot of amber trichs.. well now its day 49 on my bitch and i took a scope to her today... literally i do not see any clear trichs... all cloudy with a 10-20% amber rate... im thinkin this bitch will be done a lot sooner than my other? supposedly it was LA CON... does anybody have exp with this strain and about how long does it take to finish? she has a lot of white hairs still but trichs are AMAZING...

If we're talking about LA Confidential its a 100% Indica, so it should be finished weeks sooner then your last mj plant which Im guessing was Sativa dominant thus the longer period of flowering. It takes roughly 8 weeks to flower, but I dont go by weeks I go by the tric's wait till you have a 50:50 mix of amber, and cloudy tric's then flush, and harvest. You will get a nice couch-lock with a bit of ceribrial, if you want just a heavy heavy couch-lock flush when 90% are amber, or when you start seeing gland heads bursting, because when a gland head bursts the THC begins to degrade.

Dude, he did say 8 weeks, right? It can be up to 91/2 w/LA Confidential. But 8, can be done very nicely most of the time

I never grew LA Con thats just what "they" say. Since its an indica I'd say it would/could go longer to get a heavy hitting couch lock. I don't mind the long waits of dankness, cause Im use to growin' sativa dom. plants that take a bit of time to get to those lush milky tric's. Also "they" say its 100% Indica, depends I guess where you get your seeds from cause they might have crossed with similar but different strains....but IDK.
