Sorry for the delay. I also grow in 2x4x5 ft boxes. I am using 300 watts of led lights in each. Samsung 301b diodes and meanwell drivers. They deliver about 40 watts per sq. ft. and that is plenty for me.
Spider farmer, Bloomspect, Maxsisun and Viparspectra that can deliver about 900 PAR (PPFD) when at full intensity about 16 inches above the canopy............. I have used HIDs in the past and recently switched to lower the electricity bill. So I have used many brands. They all work fine for me.

but I dont know what you use now.

If you can test the soil now I say do so and then decide what to do from there....

But yes, it seems like it is nitro

Before you say its one deficiency or the other nute burn, rule out that you are feeding what is needed, your plant has to be able to take it in.. Your runoff ph has to be on point first and foremost.
