weird white grayish spots on leaves.. nute deffic or bugs?

i dont really think it is a nute defficiancy, i recently switched over to big blooms after waiting a few days from grow big from fox farm as its day 30 from seed of my autos.... most of the the discolloring or shit on them is on the newest growth or tips of the big leaves

do you have any pictures? without them, we have nothing...

i cant get my camera to work rn, however found a pic on a post here from back in 09 here is the image urlhttps://www.rollitup.org/members/moparhomo-135751-albums-plants-picture844455-plant3.jpeg , its similar to this not as much yellowing alot more gray an d just like this guy says i cant wipe it off. please help!!!! food has been fox farms big grow after a few days of just water i RECENTLY CHANGED them to fox farm big bloom also they were topped 4 days ago with a sterile clean scissor, i washed using rubbing alch.

white grey spots = powder mildew....
that said i don't see the spots...

Hows the drainage?

could possibly be the drainage there are holes in the buckets but they arent off the ground, anything i can do to help drainage? its almost like the yellowish spots except gray and scatterd, so odd
