weird "Micro-budding"

The clones were transplanted healthy and vegged for about two weeks.
Bloomed 12-12 for about a week, pistils formed, then just turned into these
weird micro buds with browning hairs. Never seen this before. Any advice?

Pics man, I'll have to show ya a pick of my clone, flowered at about 2 feet.. looks hilarious. Like 3 stalks going all up together.
