Weird Leaf Trouble (Not Newbie Q)

Hey Guys,
I have been growing these plants for 66 days (I count the day I planted the seed). They have been troopers due to a few setbacks. Onto my question... I know that the leaves naturally droop and perk through-out the day, but the tops to one of my plants looks really droopy, while the bottom is perky. I have no signs of fungus or bugs, what could it be? Also, my other plant's top leaves are curling up from the sides (like they are too close to the lights), I have seen this before, moved the lights, and they are fine, but this time they have almost folded closed. What could be causing that? Even weirder its (the 2nd plant) top always bends really far to one side shortly around 15 hours of light, then goes normal by the next morning. Any clues?
Before anyone asks let me clarify. I DO use flouros, I have 2x 27w T5 HO lights that are 6,500K. And two cheap, horrible "grow lights" from wal-mart (trust me I dont like it either). The lighting believe it or not is descent for what I'm doing. As I type this (shortly after taking the picture) the temp is 88, and humidy is 60%. I know it's hot, but the leaves were doing this before when it was at 78. I waterd today for the first time since Tuesday. I need some awnsers. Please help.:?

I really appreciate your advice. I geuss I am worring too much, Its just I have babied these things for a long time and it really scares me when something like this happens. But, the one plant perked right back up, the other, while has some heat stress, looks a little better. I think I will take your advice Caligrown and begin the 12/12. I was just hoping I could clone a decent size branch, but, do what you gotta do right. Anyway, thanks.

Try adding some decent nutes with EC balancing qualities.
Leaves will also do that if they are overwatered or are becoming pot bound.
Personally i think that you need to make sure your ph is properly balanced and add some good EC to your soil:blsmoke:
