Weird egg smell from tent and other seedling issues...

So the last thread I made about this seedling peeps told me to water more which is what I have been doing. Twice a day just pouring some water in until all medium is nice and moist. But then today I open my tent and all I smell is well, shitty eggs. There's some other odd indications on the leaves that worry me as well. These pics were taken around 2 hrs before lights out, got em on an 18:6 schedule. Also using FoxFarms Aquatic mix. Pretty sure that's the name lol.

twice a day? wtf don’t do that just water them well once and let them dry for a couple of days then water them throughly again. you can tell by the weight of those cups when they need to be watered. when they feel light water when they feel heavy don’t. don’t let them dry out completely either, just find the sweet spot, you can do it we believe in you.

High frequency, low intensity fertigation does not work with seedlings. You'll just drown them. Especially in soil.
Whoever told you to water them twice a day, especially in soil, needs a rectal crainiotomy.
