an why when i put those numbers up you atomaticlly assume i am doing something wrong or overweightin.
I didn't assume anything. I mentioned it as I KNOW a lot of people don't use correct form when lifting weights, this can cause many problems later on in life.

Nothing to do with you. You're not lifting heavy anyway, wtf are you talking about? The world does not revolve around you.

I'm not taking anysides but what you said may have been taken out of contents... I'm sure it was an honest mistake so lets make up and move on.

I have argued with skunkishy before as well and there is nothing wrong with alittle debate now and then sooooooo.

And I dont know about any other thread being taken out of context or not but lets keep talking about lifting.

These are open threads, when i say something often it is a generalisation. I was talking about weights, and I hope that anybody following this thread, maybe just starting will note what I've said.

If you are using a curling bar and you don't have a rest, a good idea is to stand with your back and head to a wall. This cuts out all swing from your back, also remember to lock out your arms to complete the exercise.

Careful now you dont need a complete lockout as it gives the bi's time to rest and puts unwanted stress on the joints...DING DING DING round 2...NO GROW vs SKUNKISHY......LOL J/K

I like to use a wall when i do standing tricep extensions. I almost have to kiss the wall but it puts all stress on my tris...and keeps me from cheating.

The elbow joint? I had never considered this as a future problem before. My concentrations with correct posture mainly apply to the back. I always lock out on curls, although I don't let my bicep rest before starting the next one.
