^ week Afghan Kush pics small.. Any ideas???

Hi I have a six week old Afghan Kush, grown from seed. I think is too small, although first grow, Pics of afghans have seen at this stage are quite small too. Heat sits about 65,need get that to about 70-75. I went away for 2 weeks. Beforehand let them dry out a bity to air roots then gave thorough water. When home had to get rid few leaves(2-3) which weren`t bad for 2 weeks away. Had to repot as small when home.It has been easier for me to leave on 24 hours with 300watt CFL Dual spectrum. Not sure whether to cut losses and induce flowering at this stage and see what we get. I know will still grow in flowering. Does anyone think I should give couple of weeks still though. Any info appreciated

its smal cuz you left it for 2 weeks without water or anything and obviously stressed it. If your plant is afghan kush ryder, its suposed to get 20h light 4h dark for the entire grow. How many CFLs are you using?

Yes that what I thought lol, The grow room is not where you see plant that to get pic. I thought would be okay with the 300 watt CFL. I have Mylar on the walls, the foil hasn`t seen to burn them, to keep soil moist as was drying really quickly,or maybe not watering enough lol. Do you think salvagable or not really. Thankyou for response

Yeh i really didn`t want to leave it but police hot round here at christmas and didn`t want someone seen going in my house, lol. I have one 300watt Dual spectrum CFL,as mainly for percy cos god damn expensive when smoke as much as me,so thought that okay for 2 plants.

check out my grow, i grew that plant with 3 cfl's. 1 - 125w and 2 - 45w, you should be able to grow 2 if their ryders... Are they afghan kush ryder?

Not sure if they ryders-dont think so,didn`t say on packaging when arrived. Sorry, how would i find out?
if you ordered them online you would know. they probably arent if you dont think so. If they were ryders they would start autoflowering around 3 - 4 weeks. If your plant is that old and isnt auto flowering then dont scap the plants, keep it on 18/6 light and keep your cfl about 4 inches away. If you not feeding them any nutrients you should get some, i used some advanced nutrients organic iguana juice and that shits only 20 bucks in canada thats pretty cheap.

Yeh def think they are not, just read they autoflower. I will up the feed, started gradually so didnt kill them.Have taken note so will keep as is,up nutrients and give more love lol, will let know how the next two weeks have gone and Thankyou, yours look awesome

Update for plants, I was wrong at first post, they were 5 weeks. They are now seven weeks and the first pic is Afghan and second is Big Bud which is few days younger. The pots are quite big, but the Afghan is showing tip discolourations . which may be due to lack of water as roots also going to top of pot. Don`t want to repot because of stress and have started flowering(4 days in). Have watered a lot now. Dont think newt burn as prob too less than too much. Any ideas or tips from growers. This is
my first try.

not bad man, if i were you i would consider re potting and throwing them back in veg cuz theyre not gonna grow very good if their root bound entering flower. also remember to not go over board on the nutrients. any questions comment or pm me.

Hi mate thanks for that, will do that and see how it goes. Pretty sure neuts ok,thought water thing again as roots searching for water. Will give week or so back in veg again or longer if noticeably stressed and still not growing. Thanks so much :-)

Well my babies are now 9 days into flowering, few mishaps regarding overwatering and humidity. My first grow am quite happy, even though they were slow starters. Can prob tell difference in height, they are still growing, yey. Still apprehensive as to how much to expect and if any good. Not at 100 per cent health, but not sure what else can do at this stage, fingers crossed

The first pic is the Afghan, the second is Big Bud and then the two together

What the hell are you talking about not enough lighting...thats plenty for 1 plant man.

Does the tin foil actually do anything to help out?

tin foil is garbage, it creates small points of light that can burn your plants.
Hi,well I have attached pics at 3 weeks flowering, couldn`t get tonight as lights already gone off didn`t want to disturb. The fan leaves on the Big Bud are the same, curling ,but the new leaves at the bud points etc are relatively healthy and prob be nearly over 3 ft by the end. The Afghan has got over growth issues too. I know I have good four weeks easily left,so am hopeful.
