Week 5 of Flowering and some leaves are dropy and curling!!! why????

This is the 5th week of flowering. what do you guys think?? some leaves are curling and droopy but i ph and ppm the water every time. whats wrong????

Looks like an over watering and nute lockout, but there are others much more skilled than I who've grown for 10s of years.

You know, I have to say for week 5 of flowering something isnt right. Are you using cfl's? I run a 1,000 HPS and at week 5 my plants are falling over. Heres a pic.....Sorry about the light on.

looks like they just took a bit to start flowering and for the leafs wilting idk whats you RH?
