another thing that happend i think that made my leaves yellow was when i switched to store bought water. it must be lacking something like cal? but i went back to sink water. i adjust the ph to 6.8 let it sit out over night and let it get to room temp. im not going to buy water anymore fuck it.

thanks tahoe58 your plants are bad ass. i really think the store bought water had something to do with the yellowing. my next grow should i drop the ph to 6.5 or should i keep it at 6.8? it seems that the plant is doing awsome and the buds are big? its my first grow theres still a lot to learn and this is the place for that so thank all of you guys for the help

Hey, can't argue with results:mrgreen:...It might do better with a ph closer to 6, though. Just some food for thought:blsmoke:
lol ya i dont know its growing so ill let it be. but next grow im gonna try 6.8 in one pot and 6.0 in the other. thats wierd maybe diffent plants take diffent ph? but thank you for the help i know you know your shit.

hey thanks for the positive feedback BW......I think as long as your pH is below 7 you should be safe...I'm am sure there are thoses that will argue that but thats what I think. The pot size is also a personal choice and more lreated to room to place than to the above ground production. with proper management and optimizing other environmental factors, pot size does not seem to be critical.....well to a threshold ....and that threshold has been referenced as 500ml......that said I have one in 5 gal pot, and 2 in 2 gal pots, and the other six in 1 gal pots....but theres no comparing them as they are all not comparable.

thanks tahoe my pot size is 2 or 3 gallon and my plant is doing good. again i really think the store bought water was a facter in makeing the leaves yellow from lack of mag and other minirals in the water. and as far as my ph being 6.8 it is working awsome. the prof is in the plant. everyone has there own way of doing things like you said but i beleave every plant is diffent unless its a clone. the important thing to remember is if your plant is producing good bud then your doing something right lol. good luck every one on your grows and thanks for the imput
