They look just fine to me, still have some of the stretch left. It's tough to tell the true color under the lights, but as long as they are a nice healthy green color, they'll be good.

how much root do u put directly into water? how much exposed to air/oxygen? i have a homemade hydroponic setup w. about 15" of roots. i have about 2/3 in water and 1/3 exposed to air...will this be ok?

yes that will be fine. as long as your id said about 2/3s of ur roots are in water u should be fine. I have my water level about and 1/4th of an inch away from the bottom of my net pots. As along as the roots are suckin up water your fine

What kind of flowering light are you using. My little experimental bag seed plant is 3 weeks into flowering and has serious hairs and buds starting already. But your plants are nice and big and green and sexy. lol very nice
