Website design is ugly.

I think it is a major improvement as far as uploading pics of our grows and such.
Plus the fact that when you click on a thread you have already visited it will take you to the newest post since you were last there automatically instead of wasting time trying to remember where that may have been.
 
The new forums and everything is nice, but the design layout is pretty ugly.
I'm sure they'll give us more options but just thought I should say it just in case they didn't know already.

Seems like the type of forums a a high school student makes, just the overall look of it.
 
Man to be honest the v bulletin format in my opinion was old outdated and ugly. Thanks RIU for coming back ive missed youuuuuuu
 
New Layout Sucks...I Can't find My Journals? Which contained a lot of Important Info(Well was important to Me) The +Reps have gone....?(Not bothered about that) 50 Likes...I Look like a Fu*king Newb again...And Just HOW do you Like? I can't see it...?

All the bugs aren't ironed out yet. Likes have been back and gone multiple times this night, as well as ranks and status stuff...its updating in the background

No. everything that made the site even somewhat user friendly is gone.. I don't know what threads I've viewed. I have to hold my phone sideways to do anything, or half the screen is simply cut off... I can't see list of threads with new posts, just all I'm watching. my picture doesn't fit anymore.could go on for a while...

oh and urban, it previously took you to the last viewedpost on any thread..yours is just doing that now? doesn't do it for me anymore
 
Why not just wait until they update it to make it more mobile friendly? They just got the site back on. Do you expect them to have the mobile version up and running this quick or something? I don't like it as much as the old RIU layout granted but it's not that bad.
 
Yea I didn't mean to start a complaint war lol
The site just came back up, I'll give it maybe a month max, in that time everything should be semi back to normal, the rest we'll have to learn to use.
The site just looks dull, plain, boring, lack of design, and too bright for stoners, needs more deep green.

Most bulletins come with multiple layouts the admin can addon to the site, but the admin has to do it, so I'll give him time to figure that out.
Wouldn't mind multiple color layouts, some white, some black, some different colors, so people can choose how they want the site viewed.

Also hold a content maybe? Give a user access to the "Private Donor" forums for like, making a very good graphic design banner for the website?
 
People generally are resistant to change. This happens across all platforms such as Windows. The new OS's are almost always met with complaints. I think the new forum is good improvement and looks a little more modern.
