Weak seedlings

What are somethings that people look for in a strong healthy seedling vs a weaker seedling? I am planting 18 bagseeds and dont want to waste time on weak plants. So i plan to pull em but not sure what i should look out for.

Thicker stems, good root propagation. If they start to stretch, you can gently lower into the soil or net pot, up to the first set of leaves.

look for fast lush green grow, with healthy leaf`s, pull them who have deformed leaf`s or odd grow or is way behind, find the few best looking once and continue to Veg them
