In Hawaii they seem to exist solely on spam.
I watched some sort of travel channel program about a restaurant in Alaska where their entire menu consists solely of spam dishes as the main course.
Having said all that, I like spam sliced about 1/4 inch thick and fried till it is just a little burnt. In my opinion spam is inedible if it is not severely browned.

I'm a fan of highly processed canned meat. Last year I found out that Bush's (the people that make the beans) make canned bread. Spam and canned bread seems like a match made in heaven.
