the one female plant i had last year yielded a few seeds, so that's what i planted this year.

Last years plant looked more like an indica plant (with the broader leaves) but this year's plants the leaves are really long and skinny like a sativa and the plants are almost twice as tall.

What gives :?:

Do you have any idea what strain pollinated your female?? Doesnt really matter, your female probably got crossed with another strain thats why this new one looks different.

No idea what strain it was or how it could have been pollinated, there weren't any other plants around.

Hmm dont know what to tell ya, but if theres seeds it was defintly polinated. But hey, maybe you'll get lucky and get an awesome cross ^^

Seeds from the same plant won't necessarily turn out the same. Basically each seed is like it's own little embryo. Different traits might be present in each seed, kind of like human babies =) Just because my kids have the same mother and father, doesn't mean they'll look exactly like each other.

A female plant doesn't need a male around to pollinate her to produce seeds, either. A female can, in a last ditch effort to reproduce, reproduce all by her lonesome without a man.
