so i saw your wishlist a few pages ago Wattzz and i think you are on the right track with soil. Have you looked into building up a water-only soil mix? i do dirt in my veggie greenhouse but ganja is always hydro

Thanks!

Well the issue is you need long term things in the soil to feed the entire grow. And something to break all that down etc. I don’t have worms (that I know of or can see) so I don’t have anything that can take those longterm nutritional items and break them down.

No idea man, I'll ask him, he is Northwood you probably know him around here. He said something like " I understand the commitment of having 150 gallons of soil...." In one of his threads, but I'm not sure if he was speaking truth or just a manner of speech. I'll ask him, I'm curious as well.

search on here for it. i think i've seen a water only mix from start to finish. maybe i'm wrong about that ?? but man, if i was gonna do dirt indoors, that would be it. i like EZ too. i built mine so i can go away for a week or 2.

Last but NOT least is my new @Dragonsflamegenetics beans. My first reg seed run. In the veg tent.

Dragons Stash black pots are red version and the solo cups is the green version.

One is looking weird (I’ve already called it a a male) and the other two look normal. I don’t usually use solo cups but I see everyone else does so I gave it a shot.

they have been on 24/0 today is the first day of 18/6. I’m in no hurry for them to blow up. I have about 3-4 weeks left before I can move them to my 4x4.

I call those the Jurassic phenos and are typically very terpy, and many of those are the red phenos

Shout out to Grovision glasses. During my scheduled look over tonight I was able to see that nanner from a mile away.

I bought mine at my grow shop but I highly recommend them for HPS growers. You can actually see the deficiency without having to pull the plants out.

Your almost there man. Everything needed to break down your amendments is right there. I would start thinking like bacteria and less like a plant.

what’s your base soil look like again??
do you have ewc?
a sugar source?
get the fungi rockin and that jumpstarts everything. You can topdress with barley or water in some molasses or even baby oatmeal in a pinch.


to really get full nutrition in water only soil you need a topdress plan. Well built soil with plenty of minerals and the option to inoculate with bacteria’s to fixate nutrients. Snd better yet no till in biggest pot you can get. That’s a whole mother story tho.

I started organic like you. Had some good results. Some less than potential. Your on the right track for sure.

Yeah I feel like my soil is ok. After my last grow I put some soil that had been sitting for two months back in my bin. I had fungus on top the next time I checked.

Bigger Pots are coming this grow. I have 3 plants once they show sex I will pot up according. Less females = bigger pot.

I’m not trying to do water only. I can top dress every week or two no big deal.

So morning check I don’t like what I’m seeing from this “Jurassic” pheno. It’s an uneven growing mofo. I didn’t snap pics this morning but I will get them. The leaves aren’t coming out evenly from the node. It’s weird.
