no. you should really read the faq's
you need to water your seedlings every 3 - 7 days depending on soil condition.
stick your finger into your seedlings soil, if it is dry 2 inches down you should probably water it.
It also depends on the size of your pot. if your using a 16oz solo cup you will need to water more than a 1 gallon pot.
