Watering Rockwool in Aerogarden?

I was just wondering if your seeds have sprouted on the aerogarden in rockwool, is it a good idea to drop like 5-10 drops of water on each rockwool thing, or let it stay dry?

It should stay plenty wet from the aerogarden water supply, if its dry you may have a clog.

I don't use the drip built in aero thing, I think 1 of my 2 seedlings died because the rockwool was too compact, was all dry and hard, the afghan kush ryder's rockwool does stay a little moist.

Seems to have outgrown its stunt, just hope it keeps growing.

I'm just using external pump with airstone so no water actually hits the rockwool.
Figured i'll just spray the whole room twice a day to get humidity above 50%
Also, is it bad for water to touch the leaves?
