I run air stones and have 3/8 hoses from a 350 gph 4 pails rdwc.Looking for ideas how to best airerate said pail.Right now its just running into the top with a 90.Something that would spray is what im thinking.

I used a 90 degree threaded elbow with a 1/2" cap screwed on with (3) 3/16" holes drilled into it to agitate water surface in 3 different areas

Put the waterfall as high up as possible, my water levels from net pot are usually about 2-3 inches from bottom of net pot

So what happens in week 4 of flower when the roots pretty much fill the top part of the bucket. Your spray just hits roots. This is why I still have air ,the bubbles come from underneath the roots in the water are Snow White. The roots above the water tend to get a light tan color. I’m assuming the spray/flow is enough to create the DO. Any benefits to having a loop around the top of the bucket say 10-15 spray holes pointing down.

Water level to net pot? Also sprayer height to net pot?thx
Plants drink water like crazy. Don't worry about lvl. That changes by the day. Just be sure, as Axion said, to get it as high up the side wall as you can get it.

You ever jump into a puddle of water when you were a kid? What happens? The water displacement rises. It works.
