So I know I messed up
, I'm running bio canna which makes r.o water ph drop. I grow in soil, I did not check my nute mix or runoff water but can tell something is wrong because my plants are droopy. When I watered my ph was about 4.6, but just realized today after mixing the exact same thing up again and CHECKING this time. So my question is how do I fix it? Do I wait for my soil to dry then hit them with pure water and start over with nutes? They're also only a week into flowering.

Which soil or potting mix are you using, exactly? I've never used Bio-Canna, but it is an organic nutrient, correct?
When you grow in soil or potting mix, especially a sphagnum based product (Pro-Mix, Ocean Forest, Happy Frog, etc.) it is generally a good idea to add more dolomitic or garden lime to it (1-2 tablespoons per gallon). Especially if you are using RO water, because it lacks minerals which plants require. Spring, tap and well water will have some dissolved solid content, and generally this is from minerals such as calcium, magnesium and iron which plants require. It is highly recommended for people who use RO water to add in a Ca\Mg supplement.
Dolomitic limestone has calcium and magnesium (carbonates), and helps keep pH in check. While most potting mixes with sphagnum peat do come limed, they often do not have enough to sustain Cannabis long term. So long as there is adequate lime in the mix, you shouldn't have to use any pH Up in your fertigation solutions (even with the pH going in at 4.5-5.0).
Organic plant foods can be quite acidic in general, and it may take quite a bit of pH Up to get the solution to what people suppose is 'acceptable'. Really though, as long as you have a sound soil it will regulate its own pH along with the plant. Earth Juice, for example, is another organic plant food which is initially quite acidic but the feeding chart for soil specifically says it doesn't require pH adjustment. The pH of a healthy, well buffered soil will stabilize on it's own.
