Dr. Who Well-Known Member Apr 15, 2016 #2 Yup...It's condensate - very clean.......Keep the water catch clean as you can. Mini's require you to keep them REALLY clean to work properly and reduce break downs.....This is info directly from a HAVAC guy who uses them in his grow.
