I didnt empty my hoses of water and let the chiller and hoses sit for 2 weeks...It got stinky water
Im running 1 part distilled vinegar and 2 part water recirculate...Once clean and I remove hoses am i supposed to drain the chiller itself?

I use it for cloning on rarer occassions

Yes. But dont turn it upside down. It should drain fine if you just tip it to one side. Once most of the water is out you can just blow the rest through with your mouth.

Better use bleach though. Vinegar wont do much for sterilization.

Run some bleach water through it for about 20 minutes to clean it up, then rinse. Next time you aren't using it you should empty the water. Either way, a cleaning flush should be done between cycles anyways so just do it right before you get growing the next run.

Yeah don't run vinegar or you could grow a mother next time it sits lol.
Use citric acid to descale it and then a 200ppm bleach solution to sanitize it.
Run the bleach for 24-48 hours and use a filter so the shit that comes out won't get sucked back in by the pump.
