I am from DE and headed to DC soon. Ive looked around online and there appears to be a couple store fronts that will gift you green. But ive also read about finding businesses that will meet up with you if you place an order with a minimum "donation". Anyone have any imput? on me being out of state and or with these meet up sites? im specifically wanting vape cartridges!
