Welcome to my latest grow log, hopefully you're a returning reader, if not let's hope you stick around for more :)

This grow is my 3rd grow, the 2nd under my awesome XML 650 LED and it's been a bit of a roller coaster so far. Let me catch you up on the road so far, I purchased 3 feminized Wappa seeds by Paradise Seeds and 5 Chemo seeds by Jordan of the Islands. I germinated 1 of the wappa seeds and all 5 of the chemo seeds intending to grow three to ensure I got a female. Sadly only 2 out of five of the chemo seeds were viable.

I continued to have issues with the Chemo plants throughout veg with them being far less healthy, having more root issues and the plants being very small and slow growing. My unexperienced eye had identifed both of these plants as female based on the pre flowers so I continued to invest lots of time and love into nursing them to health and getting them bigger. Here was my tent earlier tonight (One of the chemo plants was in another room). This is at the end of week 2 since switching to 12/12.

So I've tossed them out and now I'm down to a single plant, luckily it's a monster but it's still disappointing and my final yield for the grow isn't going to be nearly what I need, but such is life, I should have found another strain with feminized seeds but I really wanted to grow Chemo.

Week 5

Just wrapped up week 4 (well today's the week 3 day 7) and the plant is looking awesome. Buds are putting on some weight and there's some great trichome production starting and the smell is a wonderful fruity floral notes. Really loving this strain so far.
