Want to build a supplemental led light

Okay so I'm looking into building some supplemental lighting to add to my cxb3590 build, they are 6500k cobs.

I would like to add some deep red to help with flowering and i have no clue where to start, I'm looking at cutter electronics atm and really want to keep my order with them coz they are a really great company and are located in my country.

Okay so I've done a small amount of research bit can't really find anything, I want to supplement 4 cxb that are driven at 1400ma, in a 2x4 area.

Looking at these from cutter, or would I be better off getting one of the slotted heatsinks to mount individual stars?

Basically I wanna run 1-2 strips of deep red leds, one on each side of my 1000mm x 140mm frame that houses my cxbs that are placed roughly 250mm apart on center of cobs. So ideally I would like to have these deep reds on a 1000mm peice of aluminum tubing to spread the reds across the entire area,

Does this seem like a good idea?

I use12-3w deep red leds they are timed for mornings sunrise. There are a couple of ways to power them one is an lpc style driver for red leds they use 700ma current for blue leds they use 1000ma drivers. The second option is to go with the ldd drivers use a 4up driver board and at least sn se200-48v power supply. Either way you are going to need timers and perhaps some dimming for that I recommend a GrowGreen led controller. I use deep red far red infrared and royal blue with a 6up driver board and a GG controller

I use aluminium channel 1 in x 3 /4 in long as needed active cooling needed

2 strips total? At 290mm length a strip, and a 1000mm frame. Or do you mean 2 strips per side?

Also, you are using them for supplementing red for flowering in combination with the 6.5k cobs? So they'll be on as long as the cobs are?

I was planning to keep them on with the cobs during flower to add more red,
And yea I was thinking maybe one of those 290mm panels on each side of my cob framework but just realised they don't use top bin diodes, so I was just looking at buying 12 cree xp-e photo reds, top bin (660nm) on a mean well lpc-35-700, and glueing them to a couple pieces of aluminum tubing and spacing them out at about 150mm apart

These seem like a really easy option since I don't have to try solder those tiny diodes

And looks fairly cheap, would these be alright do ya think?

Would still love to order from cutter, but seems he doesn't stock solderless options for these besides for those 290mm strips wish have outdated diodes I'm pretty sure

which is the link you list in your first post above, the benefit with our solderless is your not tied to a wire length as per RapidLed as ours are just poke in wires

Oh I didn't see those, they look really kool, do you sell drivers that will power 6 to 12 of these ?

Two pieces each side. One strip for six diodes. 18 in long each

I am using 3500k for flower and i keep the deep red and ir on all 12 hrs. I use 15 far red because I have a 200w power supply and mounted all 15 around the cobs in rows on the heat sink.

I have some extra room on my driver, about 45-50w worth but my driver is 1400mah, Am I able to run a few deep reds at 1400 lol
