waited too long to harvest?

Working with an unknown strain here so not too sure when the finish time will be. I've been flowering for about 7 weeks and false seed pods are showing up. Does ythis mean I've waited too long? There seems to be bud growth otherwise, so I'm not too sure. And no I don't have a microscope to check the trichs. I definitely should get on that

Don't need a microscope to look at trichromes, just a strong magnifying glass. Clear = too soon. Milky, few amber = just right.

My buds get little resin sac that look like seed pods when I push thier harvest length.If you cut one or squeeze it nothing but ooozing resin in them maybe a hair or 2 on them
