What a post........!!!
Well heres my two cents worth.

A mans pitbull killed two of my Gf's kittens...the same dog had destroyed a mother goat and it's baby, whilst giving birth. I didnt like the guy to begin with, he could not keep his dog on a chain/leash. Next time I saw that pitt, I wrastled it, tied it to a tree, and slit it's throat 4 or 5 times. In my opinion, the dog needed to be destroyed. (now I AM a dog lover/animal lover had a lab and a husky mix at that time. so please do not throw rocks at me as an animal hater.) The rope was cut during the attempted execution, and the dog limped home trailing a LOT of blood. (I later found out that the VET said the attack was consistant with that of a mountain lion)Said man found out about it, came into my TEXAS driveway, and rammmed my truck with his, pushing it between an oak tree and the concrete porch....at this time my g/f and I were on the couch chillin w/chili.
we heard the screachiing from outside, and as I was jumping from the couch to see wtf was the matter, this dude pushed in my ac unit.....I went to the screen door, he came in uninvited, started talking shit to me....(I was like WTF???) meanwhile my g/f called 911...(I NEVER make a cop COME on 911)
I had no intention of messin w this guy, but when he figured out that she was on the phone to the cops, he slapped her, knocking the phone from her hand, (when the phone hit the floor it busted the battery casing and disconnected from 911....)
Well, I went ballistic and grabbed him by both ears, shoved him OUT the door, twisting those 'bitty lil ears to deformity, and begain whailing on his butt.....picked up a stick, beat him w/it, then got tackled by him....well, I picked up a lantern (she bought it for my B-day) and smashed his head w/it 4,5 times....that woke him up and he decided to leave......blood trailing the porch and driveway.

We fix the phone, 911 was still on the line, and soon the county sherrifs arrive, take pictures of her face, ripped shirt...my bruised knee (from knocking his chest) pictures of my truck, the damage to the A/C unit and window etc... They pic him up later that night and charge him with CRIMINAL MISCHIEF!!!!
(in my book thats burglary of a habitation/ aggrivated assault...both 1st degree felonies here in Tx...punishable at that time to 5-99 years each!.)
He winds up with 3 years probation, a 4,ooo restitution fine that we got 35 bucks a month for.


At that time I was the Felon on parole, had no gun rights~ had It been anything different.............I would now be pissing on his dogs bones....
If you can't control your dawgs, or your emotions...stay outta my yard puhlease!!!

The same dog, has since been shot 3 separate times....(by others..I dont own guns...)still gets off it'sa chain..still a buzzards wet dream....I live elsewhere, with a new and much better life...new g/f, no animals.....but I want a little lap dawg, like a shitzu!!,...........

isnt someone breakin into your house like a free killin pass,you could just say you felt your life was in danger,cause they say people that break in to your house are desperate and will rob by any means??

isnt that aggravated burglary/assolt?., a sim.. thing once happened to me i, got in a fite in a pub, over nothing, me against 5 dickheads, anyway i got home unharmed, started to make a spliff, and bang, they had chucked a dustbin through the fucking window, and they started kicking the door, in a drunken rage, my wife was in bed. propper shitting it, so i went in the kit5chen droor, and got two big fuckoff knives, and as the idiots tryed to enter my house, they got it with the knife, only 3 out of the 5 tryed. ha ha .. bet they wished they never came.lol. anyway they made so much noise, that 16 people rang the police, i also rang them to cover myself. anyway i stabbed three, of the drunken fuckers.`

I'm sorry. But if someone comes in my house, I'll be putting a Holo Point in thier Skull : )

and never got charged, i said and english mans homes is , is castle. and ill will defend me and the wife, i said imagen if all 5 had got in, i also broke one of there noses and arm, he was trying to get in the window, it was all like a dream, i wasnt the most pop. person with the police at that time of my life, about seven years ago. anyway. i didnt get in any trouble, just locked up, in police custard for about 47 hours, and they had to let me go, i cannot belive i didnt get into trouble, or even prison time, work it out 5 men with bats/sticks, chucked a dustbin through my window and kicked down the door, but little did they know, i was behind the door and window, with 2 long knifes, in my hands, only 3 did ,dear try to enter. the other 2 were shouting,like silly idiots, thats what alerted the police some people, how cud they justify to the cops, what they did, i got locked up as did they, i shouted to them,in the cells grass me, and ill grass you, anyway they grassed me, cos they needed doctors, 5 lads 5 stab wounds and 1 broken arm and a broken nose, me nothing, thank god, if 5 lads had got in id av been dead. i know my name is crazy mental but im far from it, i just try to look after my self, i dont con. violence.

I live in england also and last night some little fucker was in my garden I can tell because the whole lock is of which was on at like 1:25 AM when I checked before going in the cellar for a smoke so tonight I'm keeping an ear out my dogs will bark if they hear em I was told they were barking but I didnt hear em so 2night I will listen out andI will use ma baseball bat from ibiza XD my mate has a cosh I love em I always carry it round when meeting dodgey ppl lol in england we are aloud to use a certain amount of restraint but if you chop the bastards fingers of beat the shit out of em nd throw em out there not exacly gonna go running to the police that was prooven when a mate of mine done just that all fun and games and the end of the day!
