So this is my first medical grow, and first post. Hoping I can get some help from you folks 
So I am growing girl scout cookies. I am on day 15, I transplanted from soil to DWC 4 days ago. they started to yellow the following day and now some of the bottom leaves are almost completely yellow. The roots are also getting brownish after adding nutes, however there is no bad stench to them I don't think its root rot but if it is your probably right as I am a newbie. I am worried they are going to die. Any additional information can be provided promptly. Please HELP
