Your life insurance company does. The ones you owe money to do. But, yeah, you're correct in that they don't care about you, personally. "Your call is important to us. That's why we have a machine answer the call and keep you on hold for 1/2 an hour, because we respect you."

I have to give it to Ryan. That was an intelligent statement. Not to let our enemies know exactly when were planning on pulling out so they know when to wait us out.
I've always thought that broadcasting all our moves over TV is completely stupid.

I agree the focus went wonkers. I wonder why they conspired to "defuse" the focal. it was a joint effort.
