I am trying to contact vivosun about a oscillating tent pole fan that has stopped oscillating. I can't seem to get thru to them. Has anyone had success in getting a response?
I tried phone, email and Facebook.
Thanx! Shucks...

they were good when they first came out i think to get good reviews then they stopped giving an f. be persistent. whered you order from
maybe just take the 20 dollar hit and buy a monkey fan. oscillating fans (mini) are prone to stop moving. the parts are too small. stick with the non oscillating ones and you should.be ok

I bought from them directly. Their fans are made to clip on a tent pole. And it does work well. I needed 4 more so I went to the only alternative I can find which is the secret Jardin pole fan. At least its available on Amazon unlike vivosun. And it looks like they are both only under warranty for 30 days so probably no recourse. The secret jardines cost a bit more at 40 per fan versus vivosun at 35 but the tent pole clip is pretty awesome. And the bad fan works, just no oscillation. Thanks for posting

Wish you the best. They were solid in 2017. I wouldn't buy their tents again though. I asked to buy a part that broke in the frame and they sent it for free no questions asked.

I have had no trouble trying to contact them through email the 2 times I had issues.

Those little oscillating fans fail regularly and are a fire hazard.
Best off getting a box fan and hanging from the top poles, baking rack for the back keeps the sides of the tent from sucking into the intake side.

These fans are getting hard to find so they're also getting expensive, but I have two of them. I took them off of the stand and put them in the center of my tents' ceilings aimed downward. I've tried a few rotating grill fans, and this one is by far the best at an isolated stream and radius. The other fans mostly blasted a constant stream directly forward and only rotated a little on the outskirts. This one makes a slow tornado drift around in a large circle and none of the areas get hit directly for very long. I paid about $50 for mine, but $100 is still a good deal in my opinion. They aren't small, but that aren't very big either. They are powerful though. If you are using a small tent I'm sure it would be fine to offset it.
