Transplanted out of the 1 gallons and into the SIPs this past weekend. Trying to let the Lemon Cheese on the left catch up a little bit before topping everything down and stripping most everything off to start forming my manifolds.

How do I know when to harvest? Any down side to waiting or anytime before the first frost is okay?

The only real downside to waiting is the weather starts to get much worse at the end of September here. The humidity gets crazy high and we get a lot of rain and you can have problems with mold and bud rot.
Things to look for as far as being ripe are pistils all having turned brown and receding into the plant. Branches will suddenly start needing support that didn't previously as the last bit of weight gets added. You can check trichomes with a jeweler's loupe to get an idea but it's the overall look of the plant that tells me it's done. Being able to judge ripeness will come with experience so posting detailed pics of the whole plant and close ups of the buds will help others give you some ideas of when to harvest. Then you'll develop an eye for how they looked and if you wanted them chopped earlier or later based on your personal preference.

Near Richmond here. I'm strictly inside a 4x2 tent, typically 4-6 plants, I can't fit more than that. Currently growing Twenty20Mendocino's Trainwreck (fem), Something Good (fem), and Sparkleface (fem). Next up will be Bodhi's Raspberry Hashplant, Twenty20Mendocino's Girl Crush (fem), and Bodhi's Strawberry Goji (fem).
Did you make your own feminized Bodhi seeds?

In the last 7-10 days I have a plant that is turning a much lighter shade of green, lots of the leaves have turned/are turning yellow.
All of the plants are clone sisters and were planted in Bacto potting soil & watered the same. I have added nothing to the potting soil.
The only difference being the yellowing plant has had less pruning.
What’s up with this?

I'm gonna string up a lean to with my tarp and just let my one outdoor plant ride out the hurricane's rain. We're supposed to get 2" at least Saturday night so Sunday I'll give it a good shake and maybe blow it off with the leaf blower and just let it ride. I put mine outside late when it got crowded in my tent so it has awhile to go. I'm going to be brushing snow off this thing I'm afraid come the end of October. Hope you guys are ready for the wind and rain we have coming and put the growers in Florida in your thoughts. They're gonna get walloped right at harvest. Some GA and SC guys too probably. This crazy stuff here with the weather is why is didn't do a whole outdoor grow this year. Mother nature is a mean one.

So here’s my first ever harvest.
I tasted a bit; it has a hint of licorice and a bit of harshness. Maybe time will remove some of the harshness.

Congratulations on a great first haul. Drying and curing come with experience and are more of an art than a science in my opinion. Slow drying in a cool and well ventilated area in 55%-60% humidity gives a good starting point. It should take 10-14 days for the dry at the quickest.
The flavor should improve with some curing and you have a great harvest of legal bud! That's a big win for a first grow.
