Viparspectra veg and bloom switches.

Hi guys. I've got a vipar 600w my seedlings are about a week old now.... some people say run both veg and bloom switches for the whole grow? What's the go?

OK thanks. Why is that? More power more grow?

Individual channels ( color red and blue ) are hilariously WEAK .
Chlorophyll A and B responds to each of those colors ... So BOTH TOGETHER will give better spectrum.

RED + BLUE = PURPLE !
Hence BLURPLE light.


Just monitor the height ( distance from plant ) for each stage of growth ...

Hi,

I use 2 600W Reflector Series and I do it like this:

seedlings/clones in humidity dome under 2 daylight cfl's

when they have got the right size to be topped the first time, i move them under the 600W with only the Veg Lights on until they reach the right size for my sea of green setup.

For Flowering I run both switches. For Veg only the Veg. It works very well for me.
