Video Update

So I decided to make a video as a sort of introduction/thank you and to show you guys whats going on. SORRY FOR THE WEIRD ANGLES.

So you should know that I've been using technaflora nutrients but I want to switch to something of a better quality, most likely botanicare nutrients. I've been using a sample bottle roots excel, and that shit is awesome! I might make some more video updates, it depends, but here you go guys. Since the video I raised the light up a little bit because I felt like it was a little too close to my plants. On 18/6 schedule. Low temp of 65, High of 76. Tried to keep it as short as possible so if you get tired of my talking then feel free to turn it off.

first off let me say your doing a great job the girls look awsome. a few things to think about. your Ph is a tad off that is the most likely cause for the twisting tips.
The only other thing i would sugest is to move your dirt bags to the other sid eof the room away form the turbo fan, the dirt bags already dry out faster then a typical pot.
Other then that.... now that you built your first tent/room you will have no problem building another one for veg. :) Keep growin

Thanks so much Mike, I'm planning on building a veg room soon. Possibly gonna convert my closet into one and use a t5 fixture, put clones and babies in there. I'm gonna keep an eye on my PH and lower it next time I water (tomorrow or sunday). The dirt bags have been moved and the little fan is in the left corner now. Should I flower all these babies at once or take the babies out when I flower the BB? I'd think they would be a bit bigger in a few weeks once I start budding the plant in the 5gal, but I don't want any pregnant girls in there..I'd been advised by the owner of my local shop to set up a small veg room and put the little ones in there until the BB is harvested, I don't know though..

I'm definitely gonna clone her, she's a really nice plant. Next time I'm going to ensure all females so I harvest maximum meds. :)

That's why i was talking about you building a veg room, you should have a place to veg outside of your flower. Not only can you hold back plants that veg slower, but on the other end when you harvest you will have a full load of pre veged girls ready to replace them in your flower room. Helps cut down the gap between crops.

I think MH in veg is overkill. MH run very hot, and they are not very efficient (cost effective). I think T5s work better, they are cooler so you can get them alot closer giving the plant more intense light. HID lighting degrades rapidly with distance.
From my exp.T5's are the best for veg, MH really are the best for transition stage, more so on seeds then clones. and HPS for flower.
On a side note, and i know this is hard to do... but try not to make to many changes at once. Only do 1-2 things every few days. If you make 10 changes and your plants start to look like shit you will have a harder time figuring out what change had the negative effect.

I have run fox farm (to much fall out), roots organic( did not produce well), and humbolt (leaves my room smelling like shit) before settling in on botanicare. I run pro line with all the supplements and am very happy with it.

I'd also chime in with if you have the money, I LOVE LED lights for veg. Don't flower with one, however if you have the money and would like an awesome veg light I'd recommend an LED. I use it to veg and can't say enough about it.

Thanks everyone.
2x4
I just picked up a bottle of botanicare liquid karma to add in today. gonna be feeding later tonight or tomorrow.

Where can I find an affordable t5 fixture? The shop I go to has a 2x4 fixture for 120$. I also need to get a carbon filter really soon, so I'm a little strapped for cash here.
